Psychologist – Gold Coast – Therapy & Assessment

Transform Life Psychology is the dedicated Psychology service line within Transform Life, a national allied health team supporting clients across Australia, including rural and remote communities.

We are seeking a General Psychologist to work from home, providing therapy and assessment to a diverse client group. This is a permanent employed role, not contracting, available part-time or full-time.

This role would suit a clinician with strong clinical judgement who enjoys autonomy, variety and contributing to a connected multidisciplinary team.

Your Role

You will manage a diverse caseload through our referral partners, with scope to shape your work around your interests, experience and clinical strengths. The role includes therapy and a range of psychological assessments, including cognitive/IQ, ADHD and ASD assessments.

Why This Role Works

  • Design your week around your life, with part-time or full-time options.
  • Work from home via telehealth, with the option to see clients from our serviced Southport office or locally in the community.
  • Join a national multidisciplinary team of 120+ clinicians.
  • Access monthly MDT workshops, leadership pathways and collaboration with Clinical Leads across Psychology, OT, Speech and Behaviour Support.
  • Receive a competitive salary package including fortnightly pay, PD allowance, paid PD leave, laptop, phone, admin support and access to a resource library.

People Who Thrive Here

You will be organised, self-directed and comfortable managing your own diary, workload and priorities in a remote environment. You value flexibility but can work within clear expectations, meet weekly billable targets and balance clinical work with documentation and administration.

You will enjoy working independently while staying connected to leadership, supervision and multidisciplinary peers. You are open to feedback and committed to ongoing professional development.

What You Will Need

  • General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and a Medicare provider number
  • Experience delivering therapy and/or psychological assessments
  • Experience working remotely and managing a caseload
  • Experience meeting weekly billable expectations
  • National Police Check and Working With Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or ability to obtain it
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
