Multidisciplinary National Team

Regular supervision & mentoring from Specialist level Practitioners

Due to a team member moving interstate, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner  to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants in the outer northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Step into a role where you’re supported to do meaningful work, your way — whether that’s deepening your clinical practice, building leadership skills or simply finding a role that fits comfortably around your life.

With a lean, sustainable business model, we’re built to thrive in a shifting NDIS landscape — giving you the confidence of long-term stability.

What You’ll Enjoy

  • Regular supervision & mentoring from Specialist level Practitioners, Team Leaders, and a dedicated Training Manager — with multidisciplinary peers on hand (Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists)
  • Experienced, values-driven leadership who genuinely understand your world
  • Access to resource library and monthly cross-disciplinary workshops
  • Laptop, mobile, and travel allowance
  • Autonomy to shape your schedule (part-time or full-time, early starts or flexible admin time)
  • Meaningful Work without the burnout – Travel kept local and at a manageable range
  • Take back hours in your day being based from home
  • Opportunity to deliver our 6-week Parenting Program (AHPRA, AASW, PACFA members)
  • Regular internal and external Multi-disciplinary PD
  • Leadership development program

People who thrive here tend to:

  • Be self-directed, motivated, and take ownership of their work
  • Value autonomy while knowing support is always available
  • Manage their time well and prioritise effectively
  • Ask questions early and lean on the team around them — asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning as they go
  • Embrace feedback, supervision, and take advantage of the internal resources we have
  • Care deeply about their work and enjoy collaborating with others

What you will need

  • Core or higher level Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
  • Ideally tertiary qualifications in a related field. AHPRA or AASW membership highly regarded although not essential
