We think flexibility should mean more than being allowed to work from home on a Friday.
At Transform Life, there’s no office commute, no clinic to report to and no expectation that you spend half your week driving across Sydney.
You’ll work from home, see clients locally, use telehealth where appropriate and have the trust to manage your week around your clients, your workload and your life.
We’re a national allied health team of 130+ clinicians and support staff across Australia. Our model is deliberately lean, remote-first and community-based. Fewer layers, fewer unnecessary meetings and more investment in the people actually doing the work.
We’re now looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist based in Parramatta or the surrounding area to join our growing NSW team.
The role
You’ll support NDIS participants through evidence-based assessment, therapy and capacity building, helping people work towards practical goals that actually matter in their day-to-day lives.
Your caseload will include local face-to-face clients, with scope to shape your work around the age groups and areas you most enjoy.
You’ll be part of a national multidisciplinary team, including a local team of 20 practitioners and clinicians around Greater Sydney.
You will enjoy our regular OT supervision, monthly MDT workshops and clinical support that is genuinely accessible. Our OT Manager is responsive, available and not someone you need to book three weeks in advance to speak to.
Your week will be a mix of community visits, work-from-home admin and telehealth where appropriate. We cluster visits where we can, keep travel local and factor travel into KPI expectations.
And yes, our KPIs are achievable. Revolutionary, we know.
What you’ll get
- A very competitive base salary
- $70 per hour for additional billable hours, if you choose to do them
- Generous professional development allowance and paid PD leave, increasing with tenure
- Regular OT supervision and monthly MDT professional development
- A strong learning management system and an extensive on-demand resource library
- Genuine flexibility across hours, days and how you structure your week
- Local travel with a travel allowance provided
- A capable national team that answers the phone, replies to messages and helps when you need it
Who tends to do well here
Remote work gives you freedom, but it also requires you to know how to run your own week.
You’ll probably enjoy working with us if you:
- Take ownership of your work
- Manage your time and priorities well
- Care about useful, meaningful outcomes for clients
- Ask questions early rather than quietly hoping something sorts itself out
- Value feedback, supervision and continuing to develop
- Like the independence of working from home without wanting to feel like you work alone
What you’ll need
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
- Full AHPRA registration
- NDIS experience
- A suitable home-working environment
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
- Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to see clients generally within a 30–40 minute radius of home
