Due to genuine growth, we’re seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy via telehealth. This fully remote role supports NDIS participants to achieve meaningful, functional goals and can be based anywhere in Australia.
Shape a caseload aligned to your interests while staying connected to a supportive, remote-friendly national team. You’ll have genuine flexibility to design your week around your life — from early starts and school runs to focused admin time — backed by trust, strong clinical support, and meaningful team connection.
We offer full-time or part-time options in a fully remote role, with no office commute. You’ll be supported by a kind, values-led team, a competitive salary plus $70/hr for additional billable hours, generous PD allowance with paid PD leave that increases each year, regular supervision, Speech and MDT PD, and access to a top-tier learning platform.
What You’ll Need
- Relevant Speech Pathology qualification with SPA registration
- NDIS experience (ideal but not essential)
- Ability to work from home, reliable internet and appropriate office space
- NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC
